I continually get logged out, how can I fix this?

There can be multiple causes but in essence it means that the browser log information for linkaGoGo is not been send back with new requests. This login information is stored in a text file called a cookie. If the information is not send back there can be multiple causes:

  • You have cookies disabled in the browser, check the settings in your browser and verify it allows saving cookies.
  • You use a virus scanner that filters out cookies from your browser's request. Check your virus scanner's settings and make sure cookies are not filtered out
  • Your cookie file got corrupted, use your browser menu to delete the cookies and login in again.

I turned off the menu in the Options page, how can I get it back?

linkaGoGo is down, when will it be back up?

Make sure it is not your connection, try some other websites such as Yahoo or Google first. To see linkaGoGo's current status look at this Status page which gets updated every minute. If it says linkaGoGo is down, check the linkaGoGo forum for more details.

Account

How do I change my password?

You can change your password on the Options/Account page. See menu Options, then submenu Account. Type the New Password and Retype it. Then click the Update Account button.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address used for reminders and the backup settings on the Options/Account page. See menu Options, then submenu Account. Type the new email address. Then click the Update Account button.

How do I change my account name?

You can't through the website, but if you really want to change it, send us an email with your old name, new name from the email address registered with linkaGoGo and we will update it for you. Note it will break all existing links to your public folders. Also your old account name will be available as a new account name for other members.

How do I remove my account?

You can remove your account on the Options/Account page. See menu Options, then submenu Account. Click the Delete Account button and confirm. Note all your linkaGoGo bookmarks and folders will be removed.

My credit card is not accepted, what other payment options do you provide?

Alternative payments are:

  • Paying directly from a paypal account, you can fund it from a bank account.
  • We also accept money orders and personal checks

Most likely you paid by echeck, the account will reflect the payment once the check is cleared, this may take a few days.
